Any guidance to help with is issue is appreciated. The instructions for a firmware update utility say to use Unetbootin on MacOS to write an iso-file to a FAT32 formatted (erased) USB stick. I've tried entering it different ways like root(hd0,msdos1) and with spaces included. I've tried using root and I get "error: can't find command 'root' ".
